Why I chose to study Marian Anderson
I chose to study Marian Anderson because she is a truly amazing woman in history. She showed courage, spirit, and that it doesn't matter what color you are, you can do anything. I really admire the courage that she had throughout her life to strive for what she loved. She has taught me that you must hold your head high and reach for what you want no matter what may stand in your path ahead.
